We often tend to say that money is << the sinews of war>>, and it is true! To mark the occasion in this first edition of La Foire Des Idées we opted for a discussion around money and the most accessible ways to have it in Europe. A special THANK YOU goes to our seasoned and prepared panelists Maxwell Kué, real estate investor since 2017 and CEO of the online grocery store Saveurs D'Afrik; Marc Aurèle Nya, stock market investor, trainer and manager of lengs SARL in Cameroon and finally to Cyril Soh Nde, e-commerce investor, personal development coach and youtuber.
They were able to arouse interest, curiosity and critical thinking among our guests, geniuses expressed themselves, tongues were loosened and ideas were born that day.

Content Creation and Monetization

In a world where digitalization and digital technology are clearly taking over, a world increasingly focused on social networks, followers, likes, shares and comments, it was more than clear and even imperative to talk about content creation. Not to encourage everyone to dive into it, but more to raise awareness of the realities, dangers and opportunities that lie there. Active and conscious actors in our media sphere (Instagram, Facebook. Tik Tok, etc.) took great pleasure in sharing their journeys and their miseries with our guests.
In this panel, there emerged a kindness, a sincerity and a desire to share without equal and for which we are infinitely grateful. Élysée Tchinda, model, vineur and photographer; Ngoko Beaugrand, Tiktokeur, comedian youtuber and Nelson O. Wandji, producer and youtuber opened the doors of social networks to us.

Female entrepreneurship

The only person who can stop a woman from achieving her goals is herself, because the courage, self-denial and fighting spirit she possesses give her a solid shell to face the obstacles of life as an entrepreneur.
This is what this third and final panel of the 1st edition of La Foire Des Idées made us realize and confirm. Tatiana Matang, passionate about hairdressing and luxury wig maker, told us about her colossal losses in business but more determined than ever she continues and inspires; Diana Fomo, pastry chef since she was 17 and promoter of the goodies brand Mes Petites Gourmandises showed us that being young and mature is possible and Pascale Tassi proved to us that after a painful separation from a partner the dream does not stop.
These women made LFDI shine and gave motivation and confidence to all our guests.

Endometriosis: Causes, Symptoms, Treatment

If there is one thing in this life that we must put more time and importance on, it is health. Some diseases that are relatively unknown in our community, such as endometriosis, are “silent killers” and it was essential for us at this first edition to mark the occasion with this little presentation. And again, congratulations to Loïc Teudjio, a fifth-year medical student, for this powerful, rich and very informative presentation that he gave us.

Her name is Jeanny Foteu and she is the ambassador of the Freshsante association which has dedicated its fight to the fight against this disease which has been devastating the world for years: sickle cell disease.
At La Foire Des Idées, she delivered an emotional, provocative documentary, a kind of call to conscience that stunned us and opened our eyes to this disease that we tend to ignore. Thank you to these associations that work and fight for such significant causes.
